WASHINGTON COUNTY HOTEL PERFORMANCE: MARCH 2023

Occupancy in 2023 is continuing to outpace 2022, which was the strongest year since 2020, and nearly as strong as 2019.

According to STR, which provides market data on the hotel industry around the globe, hotel occupancy reached 64.8%, a 7.2% increase over 2022. Average daily room rates also grew from last year to $129.85, a 15.4% increase, leading to a revenue per available room of $84.02, a 22.4% increase.
